Those of us at YourNews

individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals.
This may include, but is not limited to, providing
instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and
other weapons, and creating "Crush" sites;
(l) send chain letters,
junk mail, spam or any use of distribution lists to any
person who has not given specific permission to be
included in such a process.
(m) Interfere with
another member's use and enjoyment of the Service or
another entity's use and enjoyment of similar services.

sexual or pornographic material or websites;
You may not use the
YourNews name to endorse or promote any product,
opinion, cause or political candidate. Representation of
your personal opinions as endorsed by YourNews is
strictly prohibited.
By posting content to any
blog, you warrant and represent that you either own or
otherwise control all of the rights to that content,
including, without limitation, all the rights necessary

YourNews does not pre-screen or regularly review posted
content, but that it shall have the right to remove in
its sole discretion any content that it considers to
violate these Terms or the terms of any other YourNews

Accessing

the individual who originally posted the content. You

in 60 days. All data associated with that blog will be
purged. Reviving the blog will require new application
and any applicable fees associated with creating of
renewing a blog.
